STATEMENT OF FAITH

We believe that in the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. Genesis 1:1, we believe in the one true God who is three in one: the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. We believe that God chose Abraham to be the father of nations and his seed as the children of the promise (Nation of Israel) through which Messiah  would come. We believe God, Himself, wrote the Torah, giving it to Moses to give to mankind and that Yeshua the Messiah is the one and only son of God, the true God and the true man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died upon the cross and paid the price for our sin by the shedding of his blood so whoever believe in him would have eternal life (John 3:16). He arose from the dead according to the Scriptures. He is at the right hand of Our Father as our great High Priest. He will come again to establish His church.

FORMAL CODE OF DOCTRINE

We follow 9 fundamental truths as our code of doctrine with four of them being our core doctrines.

-WE BELIEVE ....in the validity of both the Old and New Testament in regards to fulfilling God’s plan for creation. "Do not think that I came to do away, or to bring an incorrect interpretation to the Torah or the Prophets: I did not come to do away with but to bring spiritual abundance." Matt. 5:17-18

- WE BELIEVE...In the Deity of the Lord Yeshua the Messiah. God's son Yeshua was both human and divine.

- WE BELIEVE...Every Person Can Have Restored Fellowship with God Through 'Salvation' (accepting the Messiah offer of forgiveness for sin).

- WE BELIEVE...That we, as believers, are “saved by grace through faith, and this is not from yourself, it is the gift of God." Eph 2:8

- WE BELIEVE...and PRACTICE two ordinances—(1) Water Baptism by Immersion after repenting of one's sins and receiving the messiah gift of salvation, and (2) Holy Communion (the Lord's Supper) as a symbolic remembrance of the Messiah's suffering and death for our salvation.

- WE BELIEVE...the Baptism in the Holy Spirit is a special experience following salvation that empowers believers for witnessing and effective service, just as it did in New Testament times.

- WE BELIEVE...the whole Bible is the Word of God, a guidance throughout our daily walk. “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” 2 Tim 3:16

- WE BELIEVE...in the Biblical discipline of the members, leading them back to repentance. “As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.” Rev 3:19

- WE BELIEVE...in the concept of a Five-Fold Ministry: “And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers.” Eph 4:11
